Du betreust und supportest die am Standort eingesetzten IT-Systeme und Software (Lagerverwaltungssystem, Datenbanken, Datenübertragungssysteme) inkl. Du nimmst Nutzeranfragen im First-Level-Support auf, priorisierst diese und löst sie, führst Experten-Analysen durch und behebst Störungen im Second-Level-Support
Du arbeitest eng mit externen Dienstleistern und Softwareherstellern zusammen und steuerst sowie planst gemeinsame Projekte
Du nimmst Anforderungen der internen Fachbereiche für die Erweiterung und Weiterentwicklung von IT-Anwendungen auf und erstellst Konzepte sowie Pflichtenhefte
Du identifizierst und setzt Optimierungspotenziale um, vor allem im Bereich der fortschreitenden Digitalisierung aller Prozesse
Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Anwendungsentwicklung, ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder vergleichbare Aus- und Fortbildungen
Du hast Erfahrung mit den Programmiersprachen C#, MS SQL, ASP.NET, .NET Framework und Git
Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen EDI, DMS, BPM, SQL-Datenbanken und MS Office
Du hast gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
