Ihre Chance: Gestalten Sie die Zukunft der HR Services in einem dynamischen Pharmaunternehmen

Unser Kunde, ein mittelständisches Pharmaunternehmen mit bekannten Marken und eigener Produktion, sucht Sie als Leiter*in HR Services / Payroll (m/w/d) . In dieser spannenden und verantwortungsvollen Position gestalten Sie die Zukunft der HR Services aktiv mit und tragen zur Weiterentwicklung der Unternehmensgruppe bei.

Aufgaben
  • Führen und motivieren Sie ein engagiertes HR Payroll Team
  • Verantworten Sie die Lohn-/Gehaltsabrechnung, die Führung der Zeitkonten und Personalakten sowie das Bescheinigungswesen
  • Seien Sie der/die kompetente Ansprechpartner/in für alle Fragen rund um HR Services
  • Arbeiten Sie eng mit den HR Business Partnern im administrativen Ein- und Austrittsprozess zusammen
  • Erstellen Sie Personalkennzahlen und Statistiken in Zusammenarbeit mit der Finanzabteilung
  • Begleiten und moderieren Sie Change Prozesse
Qualifikation
  • Sie haben ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt HR, Controlling o. vgl. abgeschlossen
  • Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Erfahrung im Payroll Management
  • Sie haben bereits Führungserfahrung und -kompetenz bewiesen
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch herausragende kommunikative Fähigkeiten aus
  • Sie haben Erfahrung mit Change Prozessen
  • Sie sind durchsetzungsstark und gleichzeitig ein Teamplayer
