Location: GAP 15, Graf-Adolf-Platz 15, 40213 Düsseldorf, Germany

Responsibilities:

• Draft and review standard documents, terms, agreements, and provide legal support for daily affairs of the company.
• Assist the compliance team in setting up and implementing compliance management systems.
• Coordinate certain legal processes such as notarization of company documents, application and maintenance of business licenses in different jurisdictions, completion of certain questionnaires (KYC) from authorities or suppliers.
• Under the guidance of the team, support data privacy activities in accordance with EU legislation.
• Handle legal issues related to business activities within the EU.
• Conduct phone conversations with clients, courts, and authorities, and independently handle correspondence in German and English

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent qualification.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
• Familiarity with local EU information security regulations, EU internal power-related policies, and business rules.
• Capable of handling legal issues related to business activities within the EU.
• Strong organizational skills and a desire to understand the business and company relationships.
• Excellent team collaborator with strong communication skills.
• Prior interest or experience in residential photovoltaics or renewable energy field is a plus.
