We are looking for a Senior Product Manager for our Payment Services team. Payment Services is responsible for the most important part of any e-commerce Marketplace - giving our B2B and HoReCa customers the best options to pay with but also making sure they have the best buying experience in the payment checkout process. Not only do you take care of managing local payment methods in the countries our marketplace is available, you also constantly monitor the performance of these payment methods and improve or replace them with better performing ones. Optimizing Conversion rate, managing which payment method to show when, whom and where is also part of the challenge
You've got ● 5+ years of experience. We are looking for a Product Manager who knows all baseline “pm stuff”, from stakeholder management and scrum-routines to creating your own dashboards to monitor and measure the success of your initiatives. We expect that you already know this. We will help and train you if needed, but we are not looking for beginners.
● E-commerce, Payment and Accounting background. You know what conversion rate means, what reconciliation means, how payment instruments work and the underlying process of transaction flows. PSD2, 3DS, Auth Rates etc. are explained without many words. We expect that you already know this. We will guide and support you, but we expect that you know the basics.
● Great communicator and Team player. We expect that you will lead initiatives that will include not only tech and product, but also commercial, finance, controlling and business development. You will help different teams to align and will lead the most impactful business projects. We aim for people who love to get things done.
6 months. Lead one of our B2B related payment initiatives to a successful rollout and which impacts at least two of our main payment KPIs
12 months. Successfully improved conversion rate in our payment selection step by at least 5% and reduced the payment cost for our most expensive payment method by 40% We've got
