As an IT technician (m/f/d) at Telekonnekt, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration and maintenance of IT systems in the healthcare sector. Installation and configuration of card terminals (e.g. Installation and configuration of TI connectors
Installation and maintenance of TI software (e.g. Troubleshooting and technical support
Training of users
Support for our data centers in Munich and Nuremberg
Completed training as a computer scientist, IT specialist or a comparable qualification, IT-savvy career changers are also welcome
Knowledge of IT administration or network technology, possibly also of the telematics infrastructure (TI)
Sound knowledge of Windows operating systems
Very good knowledge of TCP/IP networks
Good knowledge of hardware and software installation and configuration
