Sie sind verantwortlich für die Koordination und Sicherstellung des reibungslosen, zweckmäßigen und effizienten Betriebs unserer gesamten Serviceleistungen im IT-Umfeld.
Dabei steuern Sie die Umsetzung von IT-Maßnahmen und sichern die Einhaltung der relevanten gesetzlichen und aufsichtsrechtlichen Regelungen.
Dazu gehören die Erarbeitung und Etablierung eines neuen IT-Service-Katalogs.
Zusätzlich verantworten Sie den Ausbau sowie die Pflege des Ticketsystems im Hause und stellen einen effizienten Ressourcen- und Sachmitteleinsatz im IT- Service sicher.
Darüber hinaus liegt die Budgetverantwortung inklusive der Planung der IT-Kosten im Serviceumfeld in Ihrer Hand.
Die Bewertung von Marktentwicklungen im IT-Servicebereich und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen gehören ebenfalls zu Ihren Aufgaben.
Sie pflegen den Kontakt zu externen Partnern und nehmen an internen und externen Foren beziehungsweise Fachkreisen teil.
Schaffung und Weiterentwicklung von teaminternen Strukturen und aktive Förderung des Teambildungsprozesses
Coaching der Mitarbeiternden mit dem Ziel ihrer kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung
Idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Umfeld von Banken/Sparkassen
Nachhaltige Kenntnisse der Prozessabläufe in einer Bank/Sparkasse
Kenntnisse über IT-Architekturen und ausgeprägte Affinität zu IT-Themen
