AufgabenIn Ihrer Position begleiten Sie in einem dynamischen Umfeld verschiedene Compliance-Prozesse und Fragestellungen für unsere Partner:innen, Zentralfunktionen und Mandatsbearbeiter:innenSie unterstützen bei der Mandats- und Auftragsanbahnung im Hinblick auf Corporate Governance und die Erfüllung von Compliance-AnforderungenSie führen Geschäftspartner:innen-Prüfungen/ThirdParty Checks durch und erfüllen Identifizierungs- und Sorgfaltspflichten nach Maßgabe des GeldwäschegesetzesSie beurteilen Sachverhalte gemäß interner WTS-Richtlinien und -ProzesseSie führen QA-Maßnahmen durch und wirken bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Prozessen und Systemen mitDarüber hinaus erstellen Sie Schulungsmaterialien und führen Schulungsveranstaltungen zu Compliance-Themen durchProfilIhre Berufsausbildung zur Rechtsanwalts-, Steuer- oder Notarfachangestellten (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung haben Sie erfolgreich absolviertSie konnten bereits erste relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Corporate Governance oder Compliance sammelnSie haben sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und beherrschen den sicheren Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-AnwendungenZusätzlich zu Ihrem sorgfältigen und eigenständigen Arbeitsstil besitzen Sie analytische und investigative FähigkeitenDarüber hinaus zeichnen Sie sich durch ein hohes Maß an Integrität und Verlässlichkeit sowie Durchsetzungsstärke ausSie sind engagiert, teamfähig sowie kommunikationsstark und besitzen die Fähigkeit zu proaktivem HandelnVorteileDas „Wir“ ist wesentlicher Bestandteil unserer DNA.
