Your Tasks

  • Develop and implement a data strategy thataligns with the company's business goals, supporting overall growth and success
  • Lead and mentor a team of dataprofessionals, including data scientists, analysts, and engineers, providingongoing coaching and support to foster their skills’ development
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of data projects, from defining scope andobjectives to coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring on-time andwithin-budget delivery of solutions
What You Bring With You
  • Master/Bachelor´s degree ina related field (e.g. computer science, data science, statistics)
  • 5+ years of experience indata management and advanced analytics
  • Deep understanding ofcloud-based data platforms, along with experience handling extensive andintricate datasets
  • Exceptional proficiency inSQL, mastery of one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Scala), anddemonstrated expertise in cutting-edge data warehousing, processing, andpipeline development tools such as Airflow, mage.ai, Airbyte, or dbt
