Continuous Improvement Engineer (m/w/d)

in Vollzeit (40 Std./Wo.), unbefristet

Ihre Aufgaben

Analyse und Bewertung der aktuellen Prozesse sowie ggf. Lösungsvorschläge zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung mit Hilfe von Lean- und TPM-Tools Erstellen und Implementierung von Trainingsplänen sowie das Anleiten des Fachpersonals bei der Umsetzung von Verbesserungen Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für die Werkleiter als Sparringspartner (m/w/d) Verfolgung von KPI-Kennzahlen Ihr Profil

(Fach-)Hochschulstudium in der Lebensmitteltechnologie / im Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar Kenntnisse mit Produktionssystemen wie WCM oder IWS und Erfahrung mit Werkzeugkästen Erfahrung mit TPM, Kaizen-Projekten, Daily-Management-Tools, SPC und Lean-Tools sind wünschenswert Fundierte Kenntnisse in der MS Suite (Pivot, VBA, Power BI) Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch (in Wort und Schrift) Das bieten wir Ihnen
