Dazu gehören Produkte wie Betonpumpen, Fahrmischer, stationäre Maste sowie individuelle Lösungen für Fertigteilwerke. Unterstützung im Vertriebsbereich Straßenbaumaschinen Auswahl, Betreuung und Entwicklung von bestehenden und neuen Handelspartnern Fortlaufende Betreuung der Bestandskunden sowie Neukundengewinnung Erhaltung und Ausbau hoher Marktanteile durch laufende Optimierungen der bestehenden Vertriebsstrukturen Durchführung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen und Identifizierung zusätzlicher Marktchancen und -potentiale Erarbeitung des Jahresabsatz- und umsatzplanes für den Vertriebsbereich Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit technischer Affinität oder alternativ eine technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker bzw. kaufmännische Ausbildung mit technischer Affinität  Mindestens 5 Jahre internationale Berufserfahrung im Bereich Straßenbaumaschinen (Vertrieb und/ oder Produktmanagement) Gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten  Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Sicherer und routinierter Umgang mit Vertriebskennzahlen Reisebereitschaft (ca. 50 %) Flexible Arbeitszeiten + Möglichkeit zum Mobilen Arbeiten Internationales Arbeitsumfeld Betriebliche Altersvorsorge Ladesäulen für Elektrofahrzeuge + Möglichkeit für E-Bike Leasing Parkplatz Mitarbeiterrabatte Betriebsrestaurant + Essenszulage Gesundheitsmanagement + Betriebsarzt Sport- und Fitnessangebote Firmenhandy Firmenlaptop Mitarbeiterevents Unterstützung bei Weiterbildung
