Technischen Projektleiter für die Betreuung von Wohn- und Gewerbeimmobilien (m/w/d)
Projekt- und Bauleitung von strategischen Großinstandhaltungs-, Umbau- sowie Modernisierungsmaßnahmen an Dach und Fach sowie Wohnungssanierungen nach HOAI und VOB
Planung, Überwachung und Kontrolle von Planungs- und Bauausführungsleistungen
Dokumentation der Projekte im IT-System
Sie haben mindestens eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Gebäude- und Betriebstechnik, idealerweise ein technisches Studium oder eine Meisterqualifikation
Sie sind es gewohnt, selbständig, strukturiert und effizient zu arbeiten
Sie besitzen Verhandlungsgeschick, gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und arbeiten gerne im Team
