Your responsibilities will include developing strong relationships with customers and key business executives, answering to client queries and identifying new business opportunities among these customers.

Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit and growth
Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Proven work experience (7+ years) in account management or a relevant role
Ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-level
Experience with CRM software and Microsoft 365
