Bei der apoBank fördern wir Existenzen, realisieren zukunftsweisende Projekte und sind ein starker und zuverlässiger Partner für den deutschen Gesundheitsmarkt. Du treibst maßgeblich die Entwicklung von IT-Talenten und Skills voran und identifizierst Schulungsbedarfe in enger Abstimmung mit den entsprechenden Stakeholdern.
Als zentraler Ansprechpartner und Mentor für Nachwuchskräfte bist du zuständig für die Organisation der internen Rotationen, Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen und des Trainee- und Ausbildungsprogramms in der IT.
Du wirkst mit beim Aufbau eines ganzheitlichen Personalentwicklungskonzepts zur Abdeckung der Bereiche Kompetenzmanagement, Potenzialanalyse und Talent Development.
Aufbau, Entwicklung und Controlling konzeptionierter Maßnahmen in der Weiterbildung und Talent- und Karriereentwicklung gehören ebenfalls zu deinen Aufgaben.

Du hast dein Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Psychologie/ Informatik, BWL oder in einer vergleichbaren fachlichen Ausrichtung erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in den Themen Weiterbildungen sowie Skill- und Schulungsbedarfe bringst du mit.
Idealerweise verfügst du über eine hohe digitale Kompetenz zu aktuellen Trends in der IT.
