  • Führung und Management eines wachsenden Scrum-Teams, das für den Aufbau und die Pflege der Studydrive-Website verantwortlich ist.
  • Steuerung der datengetriebenen Produktentwicklung unter Nutzung von Tools wie PowerBI, Google Analytics und Hotjar zur Entscheidungsfindung und Leistungsüberwachung.
  • Durchführung von A/B-Tests und Nutzung quantitativer sowie qualitativer Daten, um das Produkterlebnis zu optimieren und das Wachstum voranzutreiben.
  • Priorisierung und Management des gesamten Produktentwicklungszyklus, um sicherzustellen, dass dieser mit der Geschäftsstrategie und den Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) übereinstimmt.
  • Verantwortung für die Phasen der Discovery und Delivery übernehmen und eng mit Designern sowie Backend-, Frontend- und QA-Entwicklern zusammenarbeiten, um wirkungsvolle Produkte zu liefern.
  • Gestaltung einer zielorientierten Produkt-Roadmap und Übernahme der Verantwortung für die Erreichung messbarer Ergebnisse und definierter KPIs.
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Initiierung und Leitung neuer Produktinitiativen, insbesondere in Bereichen mit Unsicherheit oder hohem Risiko.
  • Management und Abstimmung der Erwartungen von Stakeholdern in verschiedenen Abteilungen wie Growth, Sales und Customer Success.
  • Verantwortung und Priorisierung des Produkt-Backlogs, um den Fokus auf die Wertschöpfung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung zu gewährleisten.
  • Auf dem Laufenden bleiben über Markttrends, Wettbewerber und neue Technologien, um sicherzustellen, dass das Produkt wettbewerbsfähig und innovativ bleibt.
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Produktmanagement, insbesondere in der datengesteuerten Produktentwicklung.
  • Ein Abschluss in Ingenieurwesen, Informatik oder einem vergleichbaren technischen Bereich.
  • Nachweisliche Erfolge bei der Steuerung von Produktentscheidungen auf Basis von Daten, unter Verwendung von Tools wie PowerBI, Google Analytics, Hotjar oder ähnlichen Plattformen.
  • Fundierte Erfahrung mit A/B Testmethoden zur Validierung von Produkthypothesen und zur Unterstützung der Produktstrategie.
  • Starkes Verständnis von nutzerzentrierten Designprinzipien und die Fähigkeit, Gleichgewicht zwischen Praktikabilität und Wünschenswertem zu finden.
  • Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, mehrere Stakeholder zu managen und effektiv in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld zu priorisieren.
  • Erfahrung in agilen und Scrum-Umgebungen mit einem soliden Verständnis der agilen Methodik.
  • Erwiesene Führungs- und Mentoringfähigkeiten, mit Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Junior-Produktmanagern und der Förderung einer feedbackorientierten Kultur.
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch, mit exzellenten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.
  • Bonus: Erfahrung mit zweiseitigen Plattformen oder B2B-Produkten ist ein großer Pluspunkt.
