Account Management: Verwaltung einer festgelegten Anzahl benannter Accounts mit einem individuellen Umsatzziel und dem Aufbau von langfristigen Kundenbeziehungen (sowohl direkte portfolioweite Zusammenarbeit als auch "Land-and-Expand" möglich).
Strategie: Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung oder dem Asset Management von Immobilienfonds zur Identifikation strategischer Prioritäten (ESG, Digitalisierung, Renditesteigerung etc.) und Verknüpfung mit dem Value unseres Produktes.
Sales: Durchführung von Produkt-Demos unseres digitalen Dashboards und Workshops mit Kunden, um den Mehrwert unserer Lösung in Form eines Business Cases zu quantifizieren.
Sales Cycle: Aktiver Verkauf und vollständiger Verkaufszyklus - Durchführung von Verkaufsaktivitäten im gesamten Verkaufsprozess – von der Lead-Generierung und Erstkontaktaufnahme über Verhandlungen bis hin zum erfolgreichen Abschluss von Geschäften.
Produktentwicklung: Regelmäßiger Austausch mit unserem Product Management Team für die Weiterentwicklung unseres System
Dein Background: Du bringst fundierte Erfahrungen im B2B Sales mit und konntest bestenfalls schon mit Mid-und Enterprise Kund:innen arbeiten.
Erfahrung: Du hast erfolgreiche Erfahrung im aktiven Verkauf und im Management des gesamten Verkaufszyklus von Anfang bis Ende.
Branchenkenntnisse: Dein Fachwissen erstreckt sich auf den Softwaresektor, vorzugsweise in den Bereichen PropTech und Real Estate Tech.
Sprachkenntnisse: Du hast muttersprachliche Deutschkenntnisse und sprichst Englisch, weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
