Deine Rolle

  • Als Head of IT (w/m/d ) bist Du verantwortlich für die Leitung und strategische Ausrichtung der gesamten IT-Abteilung unseres Unternehmens
  • Du führst ein Team von IT-Fachleuten, einschließlich Produktmanagern und Entwicklern, und bist für deren Personalentwicklung, Leistungsüberwachung und Ressourcenallokation zuständig
  • Zu deinen Hauptaufgaben gehört die Planung, Implementierung und Überwachung von IT-Strategien, um die Geschäftsziele zu unterstützen und die Effizienz der IT-Systeme zu gewährleisten
  • Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Abteilungen zusammen und stellst sicher, dass die IT-Infrastruktur den geschäftlichen Anforderungen, unter Berücksichtigung der Interessen der verschiedenen Bereiche, entspricht
  • Du betreust die Webseitenentwicklung und -pflege und gewährleistest stets aktuelle, funktionale und benutzerfreundliche Unternehmenswebseiten
  • Du legst technische Richtlinien fest, optimierst Entwicklungsprozesse und stellst sicher, dass die Softwareprojekte termingerecht und in hoher Qualität abgeschlossen werden
  • Du bist für die Sicherstellung der Datensicherheit und des Datenschutzes verantwortlich
Das bringst Du mit
  • Du besitzt ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Informationstechnologie oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
  • Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in leitender Position im IT-Bereich
  • Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Netzwerktechnologien, Datenbankmanagement, Cybersecurity und Cloud Computing
  • Du bringst eine Expertise in allen Aspekten von Shopify, einschließlich Konfiguration, Entwicklung und Optimierung von Shopify-Shops mit
  • Du kannst Erfahrungen im E-Commerce, Online-Marketing, Zahlungsabwicklung und Kundenservice vorweisen
  • Du verfügst über starke Führungsqualitäten und Teammanagementfähigkeiten
  • Du hast bereits mit der Atlassian Software, im speziellen mit JIRA und Confluence gearbeitet
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit agilen Arbeitsweisen
  • Du zeichnest dich durch exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten aus und besitzt die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Konzepte verständlich zu vermitteln
