Neben dem Branchenprimus in der digitalen Sportwelt, dem „kicker“, gehören auch weitere große Website-Partner zum Portfolio (z. B. Titel des Deutschen Landwirtschaftsverlages und des Klambt Verlages). Über das Gesamtportfolio werden bei QUARTER MEDIA jeden Monat 5 Milliarden AdImpressions monetarisiert und dabei 42 Millionen Unique User erreicht. Zur Verstärkung des Teams suchen wir ab sofort in unbefristeter Festanstellung am Standort Hamburg einen Manager/Director Publisher Development (m/w/d) Deine Herausforderungen: eigenständige Ansprache/Akquise und Abschluss neuer Vermarktungspartner Erstellung von Angeboten für die Publisher-Akquise und Nachverfolgung bis zum Vertragsabschluss Akquisesteuerung und -analyse über das CRM eigenständiges Key-Account-Management bestehender und neu gewonnener Vermarktungspartner Erstellung von Forecasts für bestehende und potenzielle Vermarktungspartner und zielgerichtete Verfolgung wie auch Erreichung der Umsatzziele Durchführung regelmäßiger Quartalsberichte für die Publisher (QBRs) enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Unternehmensbereichen (Technik, Media-Sales, Finance) Dein Profil: abgeschlossene Hochschul- und/oder Berufsausbildung umfassende Erfahrung in ähnlichen Positionen, idealerweise im Bereich der digitalen Medienlandschaft optimalerweise Digital-Know-how sowie Praxis in der Akquise und Betreuung von Digitalpublishern fundierte MS Office-Kenntnisse gute Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil sehr hohe Eigenmotivation, Einsatzbereitschaft und Initiative kontaktfreudige, gewinnende, optimistische und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit hohem Maß an Teamfähigkeit Reisebereitschaft, u. a. durch die Teilnahme an Messen der Medienbranche sowie an unternehmenseigenen Kundenveranstaltungen Wir bieten Dir: flexible Arbeitszeiten und die Möglichkeit zum Homeoffice Benefits wie exklusive Rabatte in vielen Shops und kostenlose Getränke ein attraktives Arbeitsumfeld in der Medienstadt Hamburg spannende und herausfordernde Aufgaben in einem kompetenten und hoch motivierten Team eine umfangreiche und intensive Einarbeitung Unterstützung und kontinuierliches Feedback durch Deinen Vorgesetzten sowie kurze Entscheidungswege Gestaltungsspielraum für neue Ideen, eigenverantwortlicher Tätigkeitsbereich Deine Bewerbung Haben wir Dein Interesse geweckt?
