ââ ̄Accounting Supervisor (m/w/d)Zur Verstärkung unserer Business Services am Standort München suchen wir kurzfristig eine*nAccounting Supervisor (m/w/d)In dieser Funktion verantworten Sie die Durchführung und Überwachung aller finanzâ und steuerbezogenen Prozesse unserer deutschen Büros (inkl. der Gehaltsabrechnung) und die Einhaltung der deutschen sowie ReedâSmithâinternen Buchhaltungsvorschriften. Sie berichten an den Associate Finance Director in London.Unterstützung und Beratung bei buchhaltungsâ und steuerspezifischen Themen sowohl vor Ort als auch innerhalb des ReedâSmithâNetzwerks
Unterstützung bei der Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses und der Steuererklärung
Bearbeitung von AdhocâAnfragen sowie Unterstützung von Projekten des Associate Finance Director
Regelmäßiger Austausch und Abstimmung mit Geschäftspartnern, Banken und Behörden Das erwarten wir von Ihnen:
Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter oder Bachelorabschluss in Accounting / Finance
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem international tätigen Beratungsunternehmen oder einer internationalen Großkanzlei
Fundierte Kenntnisse der deutschen handelsâ und steuerrechtlichen Anforderungen an die Finanzbuchhaltung (GoB) sowie der Rechnungslegung gem. §4 Abs. 3 EStG und der Umsatzsteuer
Professionelle Nutzung der MSâOfficeâAnwendungen, vor allem MS Excel, und ggf. bereits Erfahrung mit einem bei internationalen Großkanzleien eingesetzten Mandats – und Finanzbuchhaltungsprogramm wie 3E
Hervorragende Deutschâ und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Spaß an der Teamarbeit und Bereitschaft zur Vernetzung und Zusammenarbeit mit den FinanceâKollegen in UK und den USA
