The Project Manager is the front man for Comau, being on site nurturing the relationship with the customer nad driving results. Tasks Verantwortlichkeiten: Verantwortung für Rentabilität, Zeitplan und Qualität der Projekte Bewertung und vollständiges Verständnis der vertraglichen Leistungen und Verpflichtungen Management des Projektumfangs: Erstellung des Projektstrukturplans Sicherstellung, dass das Projekt alle erforderlichen Arbeiten enthält Abschluss des Projekts mit nur den erforderlichen Arbeiten Änderungsmanagement: Entwicklung von Änderungsanträgen (ECs) mit klaren Kosten und Lieferzeitpunkten Aushandlung von ECs, um die Zustimmung des Kunden zu Kosten und Lieferung sicherzustellen Aktualisierung des Budgets basierend auf Änderungen des Arbeitsumfangs Verwaltung des Kostenbudgets und der Kostenziele Zeitmanagement: Erstellung eines detaillierten Zeitplans für die Ausführung Einhaltung von Zeitplänen zur Schadensbegrenzung Ständige Aktualisierung, Verbesserung und Nachbereitung des Zeitplans Risikomanagement: Identifizierung von Risiken und Chancen Entwicklung von Plänen zur Risikominderung und Chancenrealisierung Verwaltung und Koordination des Projektteams Teambildung und Coaching: Förderung und Entwicklung eines produktiven und kohärenten Projektteams Management von Konflikten Verwaltung der Kundenkommunikation: Dokumentation und Weitergabe von mündlichen Mitteilungen Verwaltung von Besprechungsprotokollen, Kosteninformationen und technischen Änderungen Erstellung von Kunden-Timing-Berichten und Listen offener Probleme Integration der Aktivitäten verschiedener Teammitglieder in das Projektteam Verfolgung der Kundenzufriedenheit Verwaltung von projektbezogenen Außenständen und Minimierung von Überfälligkeiten Überwachung der Projektaktivitäten auf Einhaltung der Unternehmensrichtlinien und -prozesse Verwaltung und Pflege der Hauptprojektdokumentation in Echtzeit Profile Unter der allgemeinen Leitung eines Portfoliomanagers oder eines Senior Project Managers leitet der PM alle Aspekte des Projekts, um Rentabilitäts- und Finanzziele zu erreichen, Produkte und Dienstleistungen im Einklang mit den Kundenbedürfnissen und den zeitlichen Erwartungen sowie dem langfristigen Erfolg des Unternehmens. Der PM leitet Projektteams, die aus funktionsübergreifenden Teammitgliedern bestehen; er definiert und kommuniziert klare Projektleistungen und Leistungsziele; verwaltet alle Aspekte der Kundenbeziehungen und stellt die Gesamtzufriedenheit mit den vertraglich vereinbarten Leistungen sicher. Er/Sie verwaltet mit dem Projekt Team den Abschluss der Aktivitäten, um die Qualität, Rentabilität und Zeitvorgaben für das Projekt zu gewährleisten.
