Zur Verstärkung unseres Projektteams „Startup Port“ suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine Projektleitung Startup Port (m/w/d)
in Vollzeit (100%) Über Startup Port: Zehn Hochschulen und Forschungseinrichtungen in der Metropolregion Hamburg haben sich zusammengeschlossen, um mit dem Startup Port Verbund die Gründungen von Wissenschaftlern und Wissenschaftlerinnen noch besser und effektiver zu fördern und zu unterstützen. Das sind Ihre Aufgaben Sie sind die verantwortliche Leitung des Verbund-Projektes Startup Port und koordinieren die erfolgreiche Umsetzung der Projektziele. Zu Ihren Aufgaben in unserem interdisziplinären Team zählen:

Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Projektaktivitäten sowie Ausbau des Verbunds
Planung, Durchführung, Moderation und Nachbereitung von Sitzungen und Workshops
Aktive Vernetzung im lokalen und nationalen Ökosystem der Startup unterstützenden Einrichtungen
Planung und Steuerung der Marketingaktivitäten
Das bringen Sie mit Ein abgeschlossenes wissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium, vorzugsweise in den Bereichen Wirtschafts-, Sozial-, Kommunikations- oder Geisteswissenschaften
Berufs- und Führungserfahrung im Bereich Management anspruchsvoller Verbund-Projekte
Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office und Projektmanagement-Tools
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Team- und lösungsorientierte, mitdenkende und flexible Arbeitsweise
