Unsere Abteilung Asset Services ist für die Betreuung von Immobilien und Portfolios für nationale und internationale Kunden zuständig. Die weitgefächerten Dienstleistungen erstrecken sich auf die Bereiche: Property Management, Technical Management und Real Estate Accounting Services. Für unseren Bereich Property Management suchen wir ab sofort einen Technical Property Manager (m/w/d) für unser in Team in Hamburg Objektbetreuung : Technische und infrastrukturelle Betreuung gewerblicher Immobilien für nationale und internationale Kunden. Eigentümervertretung : Wahrnehmung der Bauherren- und Eigentümerfunktion bei Projekten und Maßnahmen. Dienstleistersteuerung : Koordination und Kontrolle interner sowie externer Dienstleister und Fachplaner. Maßnahmenmanagement : Angebotseinholung, Auswertung und Vergabe unter wirtschaftlichen und vertraglichen Gesichtspunkten. Technisches Controlling : Überwachung von Wartungsfristen, Versicherungsschäden und Budgetplanung für bauliche Maßnahmen. Reporting & Übergaben : Projektsteuerung, Objektübernahmen/-übergaben sowie regelmäßiges Reporting und Rechnungsprüfung. Ausbildung/Studium : Technische oder handwerkliche Ausbildung mit kaufmännischem Hintergrund, alternativ Bachelor in Facility Management oder Ingenieurwesen. Teamfähigkeit : Hohe Bereitschaft zur Zusammenarbeit und Unterstützung im Team. Kommunikation : Starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten und ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick. Auftreten : Selbstbewusstes und sicheres Auftreten im beruflichen Umfeld. Sprachen & IT : Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, Deutsch fließend, Englisch gut.
