Als Consultant (m/w/d) Digitalisierung des Öffentlichen Sektors beschäftigst du dich schwerpunktmäßig mit folgenden Themen:
Unterstützung bei der Modernisierung und Digitalisierung der Öffentlichen Verwaltung z.B. im Rahmen der Steuerung innovativer Projekte in den Themenbereichen Bildung und Gesundheit
Beratung unserer Kunden bei Konzeption und Einsatz zukunftsgerechter Technologien und Architekturen
Steuerung von Softwareentwicklungsprojekten einschließlich Anforderungsmanagement, IT-Konzeption, Test Management, Migration sowie RollOut-Management
Weiterentwicklung von IT-Organisationen sowie Konzeption und Einführung von IT-Service Management
Gemeinsame Planung und Durchführung von Workshops zur Erarbeitung von Handlungsempfehlungen und Begleitung der Veränderung in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kundinnen und Kunden
Anwendung klassischer Managementmethoden sowie Begleitung und Coaching unserer Kundinnen und Kunden bei der Einführung agiler Methoden wie bspw. Scrum
Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir dich als Consultant Digitalisierung des Öffentlichen Sektors (m/w/d) an den Standorten Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt am Main, Hamburg, Leipzig, München, Stuttgart und Walldorf.
Erfolgreicher Abschluss eines Diplom-, Bachelor- oder Masterstudiums der Fachrichtung (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, (Wirtschafts-) Mathematik, (Wirtschafts-) Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften (BWL, VWL) oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
Bereitschaft zu nationaler Reisetätigkeit
Sehr gute deutsche und gute englische Sprachkenntnisse
