The Team
Our Supply Chain Management practice supports the world’s most recognizable brands to design and implement a future ready operating model for supply chains that balance between Cost, Speed and Service. We enable business growth through building supply chain resilience and agility from visibility to orchestration to settlement, shifting focus from cost to high value work that transforms customer experience.

Our goal is to drive innovation and guide our clients’ digital supply chain transformation journeys, leveraging innovative technology i.e., We are a global team and operating from various locations in Europe, North America, and India. We focus on consulting services around the topics of Customer Centricity, Procurement Experience, Supply Chain Planning, Smart Operations and Agile Logistics.

Manage business consulting projects in client-focused and dynamic international projects, with strong autonomy and leadership
Manage middle to top management level client relationships, act as trusted partner to proactively advise client, deliver outstanding results and selling follow-on projects
Planning, conception, and execution of complex Logistics SCM transformation projects over the entire project life cycle, leading multifunctional teams.

As an expert in your field, you will advise companies on the development of strategies and projects along the entire value chain

You will be part of a growing consulting team with a lot of creative freedom and start-up character. You will build up your own international network and benefit from the global positioning of Infosys Consulting. You ill work in multicultural teams and exchange ideas with colleagues all over the world
You regularly attend training courses to keep yourself up to date and are involved in internal knowledge management (workshops and coaching).
Participate actively to the development of the practice, including service offerings development support, training, and knowledge management
Minimum 8 years of experience in the consulting environment as well as in-depth industry knowledge in the logistics environment such as: transport management, automation warehouse logistics and network optimization

Strong knowledge of one or more software solutions and tools: SAP TM and SAP EWM, SAP S/4 HANA, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, ...

You have extensive experience in Project management, transformation and delivery experience covering supply chain diagnostics, target operating model design, solution selection, value realization, blueprint & detailed design
