Im Zuge einer Nachfolgeregelung für unsere bisherige Chief Medical Officer & Co-Founderin Donata v. Dellingshausen suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Chief Medical Officer (m/w/d) als Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung sowie als Leiter des Teams "Medical Science" am Standort Köln.
Als visionäre Führungskraft und medizinisches Mastermind bei BetterDoc spielst Du eine entscheidende Rolle für unseren Erfolg. Deine Expertise in der klinischen Praxis, Dein tiefgehendes Verständnis der Versorgungslandschaft sowie Deine Kenntnisse in Daten, Algorithmen und künstlicher Intelligenz ermöglichen es Dir, unsere Matching-Algorithmen so weiterzuentwickeln, dass sie skalierbar hohe Qualität liefern.
In Deiner Rolle orchestrierst Du ein Team medizinischer Experten, das firmenweit medizinisches Fachwissen einbringt und in cross-funktionalen Teams als zentrale medizinische Autorität und als Antreiber für medizinische Exzellenz agiert.
Als medizinische Leitfigur den Aufbau starker Beziehungen zu Gesundheitsdienstleistern, medizinischen Einrichtungen und Branchenakteuren vorantreiben, um unser Netzwerk und unseren Wissensstand zu erweitern.
1 Million Patienten im Jahr für die bestmögliche Verbesserung ihrer Gesundheit sorgen können
Führung des Medical Science Teams bestehend aus Ärztinnen und Ärzten sowie Experten in Versorgungsmanagement mit sehr guten Kenntnissen in Datenanalyse und SQL
- Sicherstellung der fachlichen und persönlichen Weiterentwicklung der Teammitglieder.
Qualitätssicherung
- Verantwortung für die medizinische Qualität, Präzision und Integrität unserer Dienstleistungen
- Definition, Überwachung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Richtlinien und Verfahren zur Sicherstellung höchster medizinischer Standards
Als maßgebliche medizinische Instanz im Unternehmen agieren und dabei zu Trends, Innovationen und regulatorischen Neuerungen beraten und entscheidendes medizinisches Wissen vermitteln.
- Intensiv mit Teams aus Produktentwicklung und Data & Analytics zusammenarbeiten, um medizinische Anforderungen in unsere Produkte einfließen zu lassen und damit Daten, Algorithmen und Benutzererfahrung zu verbessern.
- Das Medical Operations Team für Prozessverbesserung und Veränderungen gewinnen, um unsere Produktivität zu steigern und die Transformation zu einem hochgradig digitalen Unternehmen zu ermöglichen.
- Die Glaubwürdigkeit für unsere Value Propositions gegenüber unseren Kunden und Partnern in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Business Development Team auf hohem Niveau aufrechterhalten und die Business Development Strategie effektiv zu unterstützen.
Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Medizinstudium und bringst fundiertes Wissen zum Deutschen und Schweizer Gesundheitswesen mit - idealerweise auch zu weiteren Ländern.
