Revenue Operations Manager, Amazon Freight

Design and deliver performance management frameworks, from sales productivity to portfolio performance Design and deliver reporting mechanism to drive commercial business reviews (weekly , Monthly, quarterly reviews) Lead complex analysis to deep dive on trends at portoflio and market level, leading root cause analysis as required Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and design mechanism to roll them out at scale and track their success Support strategic planning cycles from a commercial perspective and lead GTM initiatives for commercial team
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
- Good working knowledge of SQL to extract and manipulate data
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
