Tasks Conduct comprehensive consumer research, including eCom/Fashion user behavior analysis via quantitative surveys, qualitative interviews, and focus groups. Analyze market landscape, competitors' tracking, Brand Health, and industry trends. Support internal teams in understanding consumer feedback on various marketing activities like brand pop-up stores, ads, and KOL preferences. Collaborate across customer insight functions to unify customer understanding for aligned business insights. Address ad hoc data requests and enable self-service for business needs. Research and establish partnerships for regular and ad-hoc customer research. Plan and execute in-house qualitative customer research projects. Serve as the central hub for consolidating and reporting customer insights. Profile Fluent in German and English German. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Consumer Market Insights (CMI) or a related field. Adept in Consumer Insight, facilitating informed commercial decisions and well-versed in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies within consumer research. Strong analytical proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, ensuring methodical and engaging communication of findings to stakeholders. Proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented with a focus on quality, accuracy and a flexible approach to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and lead both horizontal departmental coordination and vertical individual planning. Exceptional communication skills, teamwork, and interpersonal capabilities in an international context. Rapid learning and problem-solving abilities, ideally encompassing data analysis skills and proficient with MS office. Preference for experience in consumer research agencies, consulting companies, or within CMI in FMCG/eCommerce/Fashion industries.
