Your Role:

  • Lead and manage complex investment banking transactions within the technology sector, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, and strategic advisory assignments.
  • Utilize your extensive experience and expertise to provide strategic insights and guidance to clients, helping them navigate complex challenges and capitalize on opportunities in the technology landscape.
  • Oversee the development of comprehensive financial analysis and modeling, ensuring accuracy and relevance to support decision-making processes and transaction execution.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry stakeholders, leveraging your network to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) within investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields, with a strong focus on the technology sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and executing complex transactions within the technology sector, demonstrating deep industry knowledge and expertise.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
  • Fluent German and English.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
