Ihre Aufgaben: Erstellung von Standardangeboten über alle TLT-Produkte und Dienstleistungen für alle Vertriebsagenten und Kunden Kundenkontakt bei Bedarf mit den Sales-Managern abstimmen Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Vertriebsbüros weltweit Unterstützung der Vertriebsbüros bei Fragen technischer Art und beim Marketing Hilfestellung für den Kunden bei der Suche nach richtigen Ansprechpartnern innerhalb der TLT Vertragsverhandlungen für Standardprojekte führen und unterstützend begleiten Pflege einer Kosten- und Preisdatenbank, die von allen TLT-Büros weltweit genutzt werden kann Kontinuierliche Pflege unseres CRM Systems Intensiver Austausch mit Produktspezialisten und Sales Managern über Marktpotenziale Angebotserstellung im SAP Bei Bedarf Unterstützung bei der Erstellung eines AE-Forecast weltweit (Jährlicher PLAN-Forecast) Wer Sie sind: Sie besitzen eine kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie ein gutes technisches Verständnis, eine technische Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium in vergleichbarer Fachrichtung. Sie zeichnen sich durch eine schnelle und flexible Arbeitsweise aus und verfügen über sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten. Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind wünschenswert. Kunden- und Lieferantenbesuche setzen eine Reisebereitschaft von mindestens 10% voraus.
