Sachgebietsleiterin / Sachgebietsleiter des Sachgebietes Krisenmanagement und stellv. Abteilungsleitung in der Abteilung Bevölkerungsschutz (w/m/d)Zur Feuerwehr Wiesbaden zählen drei Feuer- und Rettungswachen der Berufsfeuerwehr, ein Feuerlöschboot, die Zentrale Leitstelle für den Brandschutz, Katastrophenschutz und Rettungsdienst, ein Führungs- und Lagezentrum und 20 Freiwillige Feuerwehren. Führen des Sachgebietes Krisenmanagement in finanzieller, personeller und organisatorischer Hinsicht
Stellvertretende Abteilungsleitung – nicht nur bezogen auf die Abwesenheit des Abteilungsleiters sondern eine ständige Vertretung für definierte Aufgaben (z. B. Organisation und Netzwerkaufbau des Katastrophenschutz- und des Verwaltungsstabes)
Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung des Krisenmanagements der Landeshauptstadt Wiesbaden (Führungs- und Lagezentrum mit Katastrophenschutzstab, Verwaltungsstab, Bürgertelefon, IuK – Zentrale und GABC – Messzentrale), Aus- und Fortbildung der Angehörigen des Katastrophenschutzstabes und des Verwaltungsstabes
Leiten des Presse- und Kommunikationsteams der Feuerwehr Wiesbaden, insbesondere in der Krisenkommunikation und Unterstützung des Bereichs PuMA Verwaltungsstab im Ereignisfall
Sehr gute Kenntnisse und mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Notfallplanung, Krisenmanagement, Krisenkommunikation und Stabsarbeit
Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Überzeugungsfähigkeiten
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Standard Software
Die Bereitschaft zur permanenten Fortbildung im Bevölkerungsschutz
