As a recruiting partner of Fresenius we are looking for you as Identity Program Lead (IGA, IAM) (a) at the location in Bad Homburg.

In your position, you will be responsible for Fresenius' IGA solution, working with architects, application owners, service providers and vendors to design, specify and implement our IGA solution that meets the organization's business needs and is aligned and consistent with the organization's IT and IT Security strategies and plans.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Serve as the central point of contact for Identity Governance Administration (IGA), ensuring adherence to defined processes, policies, and information security requirements
  • Manage the overall IGA program and develop actively the story of myFreseniusID
  • Provide operational and strategic support , collaborating with Fresenius Business Segments, group IT, and external providers
  • Engage throughout the solutions delivery lifecycle, collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders, product vendors and managed service providers
  • Initiate, plan, and coordinate measures to analyze or enhance value creation, maintaining operational performance of systems, including the IGA platform SailPoint
  • Demonstrate expertise in all SailPoint modules, including request & approval, provisioning & deprovisioning, password management, certification, and overall application onboarding
What You Bring To The Job
  • Multiple years of overall experience designing, building, configuring and implementing IGA platforms (specifically SailPoint)
  • Multiple years of experience interpreting architecture, designs and business requirements to develop and implement IT security solutions that span multiple technologies, businesses and geographies
  • Multiple years integrating applications and business services with IAM solutions like SailPoint, Okta or PAM solutions like CyberArk or BeyondTrust
  • Expert level knowledge of IAM lifecycle, including but not limited to, request & approval, provisioning, certification, authentication & authorization, privileged access management, RBAC & ABAC
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with many levels of management and across multiple lines of business and corporate functions
  • Travel Requirements20%
  • En: C1 – Advanced
  • Ge: B1 – Intermediate

  • A security industry certification is preferred including but not limited to CISSP, CISM, Security+ or IAM Product certifications
