We are working closely together in an agile way interacting with many people across the business as well as with our clients to develop new product features and maintain existing ones in live use.The team takes care of both transactional handling of taxes as well as reporting duties towards clients and/or tax authorities in the following areas: German Taxes, Withholding Taxes, US QI and FATCA Reporting, Automatic Exchange of Information (CRS), Generic Tax Statements for offshore clients (including capital gain calculation) and other highly flexible Tax Reporting Tools used by our clients.As a member of our team, you will discover and implement efficient solutions that cater to our clients' requirements, whilst ensuring compliance with all pertinent tax regulations. What will you do?Reading, analyzing and processing of Bundesministerium der Finanzen (BMF) and other newslettersRequirement analysis and creation of specifications together with software developers, partners and customersSupporting developers during implementationActing as the contact person concerning functional questionsMaintaining product documentation in collaboration with our technical writersSupporting consulting projects, project implementations and sales workshopsFollow and understand the end-to-end solution, including the know-how on banking and backend solutionQualificationsWhat you need Knowledge of German and International tax regulations and guidelinesUniversity or college degree in Business, Economics, or equivalent professional educationExcellent communication skills in both German and EnglishStrong analytical abilities and attention to detailAbility to comprehend, summarize, and specify banking processes and requirementsYou will get extra points for the followingAvaloq ACP certified professional Previous experience within the banking environmentAvaloq solutions know-how Experience in software developmentAdditional InformationWe realize that managing work life balance is a challenge we all face in our daily lives and in order to support with this we are pleased to offer hybrid and flexible working for most of our Avaloqers to maintain work life balance and still continue our fantastic Avaloq culture in our global offices.
