RAL Deutsches Institut für Gütesicherung und Kennzeichnung e. Unsere RAL Farbtöne sind international anerkannte Farbstandards für Industrie, Handwerk, Architektur und Design. Darüber hinaus regeln wir im Auftrag von öffentlichen Stellen und anderen Institutionen die Vergabe von Umwelt- und Verbraucherkennzeichnungen und überwachen deren ordnungsgemäße Verwendung.
Organisation, Leitung und Koordination von Digitalisierungs- und IT-Projekten
Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Fachabteilungen und externen IT-Dienstleistern
Identifikation und Definition von Anforderungen für aktuelle und zukünftige IT-Produkte
Projektmanagement und -koordination
Priorisierung und Dokumentation von fachlichen Anforderungen
Planung und Moderation von Anforderungsworkshops und Projektmeetings, Organisation von Testgruppen und Schulungen
Unterstützung des First-Level Supports, Überwachung Ticketsystem (ext. IT-Dienstleister)

IT-Projektmanagementerfahrung, idealerweise im Kontext Verwaltungssoftware/DMS
