In this role, you will be responsible for supporting due diligence processes, risk and control assessments, control testing and operational risk event management.
This is a great moment to join us as we are currently starting the 2024 Risk Management cycle.
What you will do
  • Internal Due Diligence Assessments: Conduct internal due diligence assessments to ensure compliance and best practices
  • Evaluation of External Portfolio Managers: Evaluate due diligence responses provided by external portfolio managers
  • Automation of Due Diligence Processes: Contribute to the automation of due diligence processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
  • Support Operational Risk Processes: Assist with various operational risk management tasks such as:
    • Risk and control assessments
    • Process control testing
    • Risk reporting
    • Incident management
What you bring
  • Bachelor (3rd semester or beyond) or Master student e.g., in mathematics, physics, computer science, business administration, economics or related
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively with various departments
  • Ability to work well in an international, diverse, and highly interdisciplinary environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Fluently in German and English, good skills in MS Office tools and experienced in working in international teams
  • Experience with handling of databases and related reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus
  • Proficiency in English required, further languages would be highly beneficial
