Your responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.

  • Understand Client Needs: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and requirements for software solutions.

  • Client Advocacy: Advocate for clients' interests within the company, ensuring their needs are met throughout the development process.

Project Oversight

  • Project Coordination: Work with project managers and development teams to ensure projects meet client expectations and deadlines.

  • Monitor Project Progress: Track project milestones, timelines, and budgets, addressing any issues that arise.

  • Client Communication: Provide regular updates to clients on project status, ensuring transparency and managing expectations.

Business Development

  • Identify Opportunities: Look for opportunities to grow existing accounts through additional services or new projects.

  • Upsell and Cross-sell: Recommend additional products or services that align with clients' goals and provide value.

  • Lead Generation: Contribute to identifying potential leads through client networks and industry events.

Contract and Financial Management

  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms with clients, ensuring agreements are beneficial for both parties.

  • Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.

  • Invoice and Billing Management: Ensure timely and accurate billing, resolving any client billing issues promptly.

Client Satisfaction and Issue Resolution

  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, measuring through feedback and surveys.

  • Problem-Solving: Address client concerns and issues, finding satisfactory solutions promptly.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Mentor junior account managers and other team members, providing guidance and support.

Our expectations

Core Skills

  • 3+ years of Account Management Experience: A proven track record of managing client accounts, including strategy, planning, and execution.

  • Client Relationship Management: Excellent ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. This includes understanding client needs, offering solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Business Development: Skills in identifying new opportunities, upselling, and cross-selling to existing clients.

  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the IT industry and market trends, including AI/ML.

  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

  • Sales Skills: Strong sales acumen, with the ability to close deals and meet sales targets.

  • С2 German language proficiency level.

  • Excellent verbal and written English skills, suitable for an international team environment.

Soft Skills

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders effectively.

  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and take corrective actions.

Technical Skills

  • CRM Software: Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, like Salesforce or HubSpot.

  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze account data and generate insights for clients.

  • Reporting: Experience in creating and presenting reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Leadership: Ability to lead and mentor junior account managers or sales team members.

  • Strategic Thinking: A strategic mindset to align client needs with business goals.

  • Decision-Making: Strong decision-making skills to drive account management strategies.
