Als Sales Representative - Bitumen (m/w/d) bist Du für unser Unternehmen eine wichtige Schnittstelle, um neue Kunden zu gewinnen und bestehende zu betreuen. Dein Kundenportfolio wird im Wesentlichen auf Kunden im Bitumenbereich ausgerichtet sein. Das geographische Betreuungsgebiet konzentriert sich auf die lokalen Märkte in der Region Bayern/Baden-Württemberg.

Deine wichtigsten Aufgaben
Zentrale Ansprache und Betreuung der Kunden
Festigung unserer Marktposition und weiterer Ausbau des regionalen Geschäfts
Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Marketing-, Vertriebs- und Produktstrategie in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team Bitumen
Akquisition von potenziellen Schlüsselkunden
Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von neuen Vertriebs- und Marketingkonzepten
Vertretung der Interessen von VARO Bitumen bei den zuständigen Straßenbaubehörden und Fachgremien und Messen
Reklamationsbearbeitung
Vertretung der weiteren Teammitglieder

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium mit technischer Ausrichtung; alternativ technische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufspraxis.
Langjährige Vertriebserfahrung in der Asphalt- und Bitumenbranche, sowie starke Orientierung am Mittelstand.
Gute MS Office-Kenntnisse sowie verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
