Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die Personalplanung, Organisation und Koordinierung.
  • Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen IT-Betriebs, insbesondere in Bezug auf die Informatik- und Telekommunikationsinfrastruktur, wie Netzwerk und Hardware.
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der definierten Servicekriterien.
  • Verantwortung für die Flexibilität und Skalierbarkeit der Systemlandschaft.
  • Sicherstellung der IT-Sicherheit sowie des Schutzes der IT-Infrastruktursysteme in Bezug auf Vertraulichkeit, Integrität, Verfügbarkeit und Authentizität.
  • Entwicklung von Entscheidungen bezüglich der Informatik- und Telekommunikationsinfrastruktur sowie deren Umsetzung.
Das bringst du mit

  • Hochschulausbildung oder gleichwertige Qualifikation in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik
  • Erfahrung in der Teamführung im Finanzdienstleistungsumfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in IT-Sicherheit, Netzwerk-, Storage-, Virtualisierungs- und Cloud-Technologien
  • Starke Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten mit ausgeprägter Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen und Ergebnisorientierung
  • Selbstständige Lösung komplexer technischer und organisatorischer Aufgaben
  • Aufbau eines motivierenden Arbeitsumfelds und Förderung einer offenen Gesprächs- und Feedbackkultur
  • Erfahrung mit MaRisk, BAIT und Normen wie DIN ISO 270xx und DIN ISO 20000 bzw. ITIL
  • Deutsch (mind. C2) sowie Englisch (mind. B2)
