Head of Customer Success (m/w/d) HR-Software
Festanstellung, Vollzeit, Großraum München mit Home-Office
Du bist ein wichtiger Teil unseres Führungsteams mit direktem Report zur Geschäftsleitung und trägst die Gesamtverantwortung dafür, dass sich unsere Kunden ab Vertragsabschluss rundum gut aufgehoben fühlen mit jacando als HR-Software in ihrem Unternehmen. Führung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Mitarbeiter/Mitarbeiterinnen im Customer Success
Konstante Optimierung des Implementation-Prozesses von jacando als HR-Software beim Kunden von der Vertragsunterschrift bis hin zum "Go-Live"
Sicherstellung eines state-of-the-art Help Centers und Support-Prozesses zur bestmöglichen Betreuung aller unserer Software-Kunden nach erfolgreichem "Go-Live"
"Leading by example" ist für dich nicht nur ein Schlagwort, sondern du packst auch selber im Daily Business beim Onboarding von Schlüsselkunden sowie beim Lösen besonders kniffliger Support-Cases mit an.
Min. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Customer Success Manager einer HR-Software oder alternativ als HR-Projektmanager/-Berater bei der Einführung einer HR-Software im B2B-Umfeld
Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Software-Einführungsprojekten
Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (Fluent German is a must)
