Ihre Aufgaben:Aufgabenschwerpunkt ist die Initiierung und Entwicklung von (konstruktiven) Produkttechnologien für hochgenaue und umweltstabile optische und mikrooptische Systeme entlang der Technologie-Roadmap, auch in Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Entwicklungspartner*innen (w/m/d).Ableitung von spezifischen Aufgabenstellungen zum opto-mechanischen Design aus der Technologie-Roadmap und Überführung dieser in konkrete Projekt-Arbeitspakete.Bearbeitung der Projekt-Arbeitspakete unter Einbringung aller erforderlichen Kompetenzen der Systemkonstruktion, auch unter Hinzuziehung relevanter interner Entwicklungsressourcen und externer Entwicklungspartner*innen (w/m/d) (auch Konstruktions-Outsourcing).Überführung von realisierten Produkttechnologien in die Systementwicklung, Ansprechpartner*in (w/m/d) für die Systementwicklung zu spezifischen Fragestellungen zur Produkttechnologie.Ansprechpartner*in (w/m/d) für alle Konstrukteur*innen (w/m/d) bei fachlichen Herausforderungen, Durchführung von Design-Reviews, Betreuung von MasterarbeitenLeitung von Fachgremien im Fachbereich

Ansprechpartner*in (w/m/d) für Konstruktionsthemen mit den anderen Jenoptik-Standorten in Deutschland, Schweiz, USA und China.Vertretung der Jenoptik bei international agierenden Fachorganisationen im Bereich Opto-Mechanical Design, bei Messen und FachkongressenAktive Teilnahme in unseren Projektteams, Mitwirkung bei Angebotsprozessen für Konstruktionsthemen und bei der Erstellung von Konzepten.Dokumentation der Arbeit einschließlich Berechnungen, Simulationen, Tests, Auslegung von Aktuatoren und Sensoren und sonstiger auslegungsrelevanter Inhalte.Ihr Profil:Ingenieurswissenschaftlicher Studienabschluss (Uni/FH) mit mindestens 4- jährigem Hochschulstudium der Fachrichtungen Maschinenbau / Feinwerktechnik / Laser- und Optotechnologien oder vergleichbar. Promotion erwünscht.Mindestens 12 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Konstrukteur*in (w/m/d) für opto-mechanische Systeme oder Promotion und 7 Jahre BerufserfahrungSehr gute Kenntnisse in der Produktentwicklung, von der Konzeption und Auslegung über die Entwicklung, Test und Zertifizierung bis hin zur Fertigungsüberführung komplexer optischer Systeme und deren Systemintegration.Sehr gute methodische Kenntnisse Kosten- und qualitätsbewusste Produktentwicklung für die SerienfertigungSehr gute Kenntnisse in einer CAD Software und in der 3D-ModellierungSehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und SchriftKenntnisse im Bereich Fehlereinflussmöglichkeiten Analysen bzw. in Methoden zur Risikobewertung.Ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative verbunden mit Teamfähigkeit, ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten und ein sicheres Auftreten, sowie eine selbstständige, systematische und zielgerichtete Arbeitsweise. Kenntnisse in Creo, ZEMAX, SAP, ANSYS, Python, LabView, C# von VorteilIhre Ansprechpartner/in:Name: Romy Beer E-Mail: recruiting@jenoptik.comDas bieten wir:
