Job Type: Full-time
The CINO will initiate innovation projects within the Cardiopulmonary division, ensuring their successful completion and launch. The CINO will also inherit and continue to propel ongoing innovation endeavors, advancing the development of the Cardiopulmonary product portfolio. In addition, the CINO will play a key role in securing the future resilience of Cardiopulmonary, driving the efforts to establish and enhance the innovation and development framework.
Regularly engage with Global Sales, customers, and key opinion leaders to gather requirements and obtain feedback on plans
Initiate and inherit critical innovation projects and drive them to completion and launch
Build quality into all aspects of the work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements
Ensure compliance to all worldwide quality & compliance regulations
Participate in all required training on quality and compliance at specified intervals
Adapt the "Beyond Compliance Quality Culture" in the work environment, always meet and exceed requirements
Minimum 15 years of experience in the medical device industry
Track record of successful innovation to commercialization journeys in start-ups or larger industrial company environments
Proven people leader in innovation management with strong leadership and management skills
Strong background in class II – III medical device innovation and product development
Experience from successfully leading global teams based on virtual networks of internal & external experts and collaboration partners
Team player characteristics with an understanding of the importance for teamwork with values and programs that are clearly aligned with Getinge’s values and goals
