Als Elektriker Teamleiter in der Prüftechnik bietest du einen erstklassigen Service für unsere Kunden, in dem Du für die elektrische Sicherheit und Qualität der Prüfung vor Ort sorgst. Durch deinen Einsatz trägst du dazu bei, ein sicheres Arbeitsumfeld zu schaffen und bist selbst Teil einer zukunftssicheren und innovativen Branche.
Deine Aufgaben als Elektriker Teamleiter in der Prüftechnik Du führst den Elektro-Check bei unseren Kunden vor Ort durch und sorgst damit für die elektrische Sicherheit von ortsveränderlichen Geräten
Du prüfst und erfasst elektrische Gefahrenherde oder Mängel digital und papierlos per Diagnose-Software und Diagnose-Smartphone (z.B. Isolationswerte, Schutzleiterwiderstände, äußere Beschädigungen etc.)
Du generierst Messprotokolle und Fehlerberichte direkt aus der Diagnose-Software heraus, die automatisch und digital dem Kunden bereitgestellt werden Du stimmst den Prüfablauf mit den Kunden vor Ort ab, teilst dein Team zu und beantwortest Fragen zur Durchführung Du stimmst dich eng mit der Projektleitung ab, die die Kundeneinsätze übergeordnet plant und verantwortet Deine Qualifikation als Elektriker Teamleiter in der Prüftechnik Du bist Elektriker, Elektroniker oder Mechatroniker oder hast eine vergleichbare Ausbildung Du arbeitest gewissenhaft und sorgfältig Du bist freundlich und stehst vor Ort gerne in Kontakt mit Kunden Du hast Lust ein Team von 2 bis 5 Prüfern vor Ort zu koordinieren Du sprichst Deutsch und idealerweise auch Englisch, um auch internationale Teammitglieder anzuleiten Deine Benefits am Standort Pforzheim Attraktives Gehalt + leistungsabhängiger Quartalbonus (bis zu 1.500€) Betriebliche Altersvorsorge und private Unfallversicherung Feste Arbeitszeiten ohne Schichtdienste Bezahlte Fahrtzeit von der Niederlassung zum Kunde Regionale Kundeneinsätze Abwechslungsreiche und saubere Tätigkeit in einem motivierten Team Unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag in einer zukunftssicheren Branche Arbeitskleidung von Engelbert Strauß Stundenkonto Zuschüsse für private Fahrzeuge (Elektro- oder Verbrennermodelle), E-/Bikes und Kinderbetreuung mittels KiTa-Zuschuss
