We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Operations Specialist with a strong focus on Endpoints Security and comprehensive device management across various operating systems. Endpoints Management:
Lead the deployment, configuration, and administration of Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
Manage and support a diverse fleet of endpoint devices, including Windows, macOS, and Chrome OS.
Develop and implement strategies for device provisioning, patching, and software distribution.
Email Security Gateway Management:
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all endpoint security and management processes, configurations, and procedures.
3+ years of experience in endpoint management and security roles.
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with:
Operating system management for Windows, macOS, and Chrome OS in an enterprise environment.
PowerShell, Python) for automation.
Proofpoint, Mimecast, Microsoft 365 Exchange Online Protection).
Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., What's in it for you:
