Head of
Credit Management (w/m/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

Beurteilung, Absicherung und Monitoring von Kreditrisiken im nationalen und internationalen Handel
Beratung der Vertriebseinheiten bei der Risikoidentifikation und -steuerung von Geschäften
Ausarbeitung von Risiko- und Cash-Analysen sowie Entscheidungsvorlagen für Transaktionen, Projekte und Kunden
Bonitätsanalysen unter Auswertung von Wirtschaftsauskünften, Bilanzunterlagen und Kreditakten
Strukturierung und Operationalisierung von Credit Policies
Aktive und enge Zusammenarbeit mit staatlichen und privaten Kreditversicherern, Maklern sowie Vertrieb, Rechnungswesen, Controlling und Recht
Strukturierung und Betreuung von Forderungsverkaufsprogrammen
Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Systemen im Credit Management im Sinne des unternehmenseigenen Risiko- und Qualitätsmanagements

Ihr Profil:

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit betriebs- und/oder finanzwirtschaftlicher Ausrichtung
Einschlägige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung im Credit Management, idealerweise zusätzliche Kenntnisse in der Handelsfinanzierung
Verhandlungssicheres Englisch
Strukturierte Persönlichkeit mit hoher Analysefähigkeit und Lösungsorientierung
Eigeninitiative, Flexibilität und Aufgeschlossenheit gegenüber neuen Aufgaben
Souveränes, freundliches Auftreten sowie hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit
