Aufgaben Zu Deinen Hauptaufgaben gehört die Leitung des Betriebslabors und die Sicherstellung einer spezifikationskonformen Produktion. In Deiner Funktion als Quality Supervisor unterstützt und vertrittst Du den Quality Manager, insbesondere bei der Erreichung der Unternehmensziele im Qualitätsbereich. Du fungierst als Schnittstelle zwischen den Abteilungen Qualität, Produktion, Logistik, Technik, sowie zur zentralen Qualitätsabteilung in den Niederlanden. Im Rahmen unseres TPM - Programmes stößt Du Maßnahmen zur Qualitätsverbesserung, wie bspw. First Time Right und Reduktion von Kundenreklamationen an. Des Weiteren unterstützt Du bei der Reklamationsbearbeitung mit dem Kundenservice Center und organisierst hieraus fokussierte Qualitätsverbesserungsprozesse. Die Erstellung von QM Dokumenten, sowie die Teilnahme an internen und externen Audits fällt ebenfalls in Deinen Aufgabenbereich. Profil Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Lebensmittel- oder Verfahrenstechniker, Lebensmitteltechnologe oder vergleichbare Ausbildung. Ebenfalls kannst Du einschlägige, mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Lebensmittelindustrie vorweisen. Englisch und Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, sowie Kenntnisse in MS Office setzen wir voraus. Idealerweise bringst Du Kenntnisse in SAP, sowie Erfahrungen als interner Auditor mit. Teamfähigkeit, Koordinationsstärke, sowie sehr gute Kommunikations- und Schnittstellenfähigkeiten runden Dein Profil ab.
