Das sind deine Aufgaben in unserem Team
  • Entwicklung von Lösungen: Du entwirfst und realisierst innovative Ansätze, um die Wünsche und Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden präzise zu erfassen und zu validieren.
  • Pflichtenhefte und Systemspezifikationen: Du übersetzt Markt- und Kundenanforderungen in technische Spezifikationen und dokumentierst diese in Pflichtenheften.
  • Projektüberwachung: In Kooperation mit der Entwicklungsabteilung behältst du den Überblick über den Fortschritt des Projekts und stellst sicher, dass alle Ziele termingerecht erreicht werden.
  • Teamarbeit und Kommunikation: Du arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen Projektteams zusammen.

Unsere Erwartungen an dich
  • Fachausbildung: erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Systems Engineering, Elektrotechnik, Fahrzeugtechnik, Mechatronik oder einer ähnlichen Disziplin.
  • Praktische Erfahrung: Erste praktische Erfahrungen in Entwicklungsprojekten sind in dieser Position wünschenswert.
  • Werkzeugkompetenz: fundierte Kenntnisse in einem etablierten Anforderungsmanagement-Tool wie zum Beispiel DOORS.
  • Deine Stärken: ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, um in einem internationalen Umfeld erfolgreich zu agieren.
