IT Technician

For our IT department in Cologne we are looking for a
IT Onsite Technician (m/f/d)
You coordinate and are responsible for the smooth operation of the office IT systems at the locations in the Cologne area and support our specialists in the areas of network, virtualization, backup and security with tasks on site.
You optimize the processes in IT onboarding and the provision of IT workstations as well as conference, presentation and communication systems.
You act as a contact person for site-specific IT matters and are the interface to the individual IT departments, service providers and users.
You advise the local specialist departments on IT-specific tasks and support their implementation
Degree or training in the field of information technology, IT or a comparable subject.
Extensive experience with Windows operating systems and hardware (notebooks, PCs, peripherals, network) as well as good knowledge of Mac and iOS devices and systems.
Fluency in written and spoken German and communication skills in English.
Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and enjoy working with people.
Car driver's license (class B).
