Willkommen in der Prognose-Welt von HARIBO DACH. Als analytische:r Expert:in nehmen Sie die Bewertung und Vorhersagen unseres Kundenbedarfsplans genaustens unter die Lupe und schaffen damit die Basis für wichtige Entscheidungen im Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Prozess.
Unser Mix, der Sie erwartet:- Mit einem weiten Planungshorizont von bis zu 3 Jahren erstellen Sie den Demand Plan pro Artikel, um so die Basis für die Supply Chain zu schaffen
- Vor allem achten Sie bei Ihren operativen, taktischen und strategischen Prognosen stets auf Qualität und Genauigkeit – dazu verwenden Sie Tools, wie SAP APO-DP oder SAP IBP
- Zudem erarbeiten und etablieren Sie entsprechende Planungs- und Abstimmungsroutinen in den Bereichen Sales, Marketing und Supply Chain
- Hier analysieren Sie dann den Einfluss interner und externer Faktoren auf die Volumenplanung – von Markttrends, Mitbewerberverhalten über Innovationen bis zu Marketingkampagnen
- Derart gut informiert leiten Sie daraus Ihre Verkaufs- und Umsatzplanung auf lange Sicht ab
- Bei alledem ist auch die S&OP dank Ihrer Unterstützung durch Analysen und Daten umso stärker
- Neben unserem Global Planning und der Supply Chain freuen sich auch unser Sales- und Marketingbereich auf die enge Zusammenarbeit mit Ihnen
- Ihr abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaft, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Vertrieb / Supply Chain oder Ihre kaufmännische Ausbildung gepaart mit mindestens 3 Jahren einschlägiger Erfahrung bei einem Markenartikelhersteller
- Mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung im Bereich Demand Planning in der FMCG- oder Lebensmittelbranche
- Know-How rund um die strategische Planung, statistische Analyse und Monitoring
- Ihre analytische und strategische Denkweise, um die richtige Planung für das Key Account sowie Global Planning ableiten zu können
- Offenes Auftreten und sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch gepaart mit hohem Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP/S4-HANA, insbesondere mit SAP APO-DP und IBP
