Strategic Support Manager

Support to the CFO and the management team to execute the Group strategy and the business growth through delivery of timely, high quality, relevant and cost effective financial insight and analysis
Ensure precise financial forecasting and valuable variance analysis with the support of Treasury, Reporting and the Business leaders .
Develop and implement processes to optimize financial aspects, including working capital management.
Prepare accurate and insightful management reports with detailed analyses and commentaries.
Excellent understanding of finance and management accounting and the ability to analyse, prioritise and respond to multiple demands on time and resources.
~ Strong project management and analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset.
~ Hands-on mentality with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
~ Fluent in English and proficient in German
