Within the HR Services EMEA department, we are committed to providing efficient, sustainable, and innovative solutions in Human resources that drive change and continuous improvement. Within the HR Services Team France, we are a diverse and inclusive team of experts and young professionals. To complete our team, we are looking for one HR intern (m/w/d) who will be in charge of several HR activities for our BASF legal entities in France, focusing on tasks on the following topics: Recruiting and HR Inquiry.

On the Recruiting side :

You will participate in the different steps of the recruiting process, from pre-selecting candidates to conducting phone interviews.
You will take part in different projects, such as the development and optimization of BASF's internal CV database, updating the key schools file, etc.

You will respond to written requests from employees concerning different HR topics such as Time Management, Travel & Expenses, etc. You will take over some some HR Master Data activities, e.g. adding employees in our HR system and modifying their information in order to maintain our HR database up to date.

You are a student (m/w/d) looking for a six-month internship starting in July 2025 as part of your studies.
You have a strong interest in Human Resources.
You have good MS-Office expertise. Knowledge of Excel would be appreciated.
You are fluent in French and English, ideally in German.
