As a WHS Cluster Health Manager (m/w/d) you are homebased inone FC but responsible for a Team of Health Coordinators and HealthIntegration Advisors as well as the health process management ofyour cluster (3 FCs: Winsen, Achim, Grossenkneten ). You will beresponsible to control, survey, monitor and standardize healthmeasures as well as health compliance across your respectivecluster. Besides the strong focus of people management, you arealso the next escalation level for all upcoming issues in yourcluster. Regular alignments with other stakeholders and site visitsin the cluster are a mandatory part of the role. In addition, youwill be responsible for expertise topics or special tasks as wellas acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME). You report directlyinto the Regional Health Manager in your region and will workclosely with the Regionals Team to further develop the healthdepartment on cluster level and beyond.

Key jobresponsibilities
Responsibilities:
• Ensuringand complying with the legal framework and the necessarydocumentation of company health management within thecluster
• People manager for a Team of HealthCoordinators and Health Integration Advisors based within thecluster
• Monitoring of programs and processes includingaudits in the cluster regarding to German standards taking intoaccount local priorities
• Communication and alignmentwith other stakeholders responsible for the same cluster orregion
• Regular monitoring and discussion of KPIs in thecluster
• Travel readiness - regular site visits withinthe cluster
• Responsible for expertise topics or specialtasks as well as support expertise topics in the EUnetwork
• Assumption of tasks for the Amazon network forthe continuous improvement of our concept in company healthmanagement
• SME function for one of the Health CoreTopics including conception of program, communication, roll-outsupport, tool development, e.g. This is to be implemented afterconsultation with the Regional Health Manager.
•Conduction or coordination of upcoming projects or roll-outs withdifferent topics
• Close cooperation with the EU/ DE WHSteam
• Alignment and coordination with expert teams orprogram managers to monitor, communicate, or update programstandards to the sites...

BASICQUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degreein occupational health and/ or safety management, health sciences,health promotion, health economics, comparable studies orpostgraduate studies related to health care and relevantprofessional experiences
• Experience in theimplementation and realization of occupational health measures,among others in cooperation with the operational representations ofemployees' interests and internal key functions
•Experience in people management
• Independent andresult-oriented working method and problem solving
• Verygood Microsoft Office skills
• Analytical andinterpretive skills
• Knowledge of internalcommunication and documentation
• Very good communicationskills
• Very good communication skills inEnglish

PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS Preferred qualifications:
•Experience in health management in industry orlogistics
• Experience and qualifications in occupationalreintegration management and health care processes/projects
• Ergonomic expertise
• Experience inthe implementation of process improvements in an occupationalenvironment
