Teamlead Logistics (m/w/d)
Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams in 12357 Berlin suchen wir einen zuverlässigen Teamlead Logistics (m/w/d).

In deiner Rolle als Teamlead Logistics bist du die Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Bereichsleitungen und unserer Belegschaft. Du führst ein Team von voraussichtlich 10-15 Mitarbeitenden und sorgst dafür, dass dein Team alle qualitativen und quantitativen Ziele erreicht und somit höchste Kundenzufriedenheit schafft.
Du bist für einen reibungslosen Arbeitsablauf verantwortlich und bist für dein Team der fachliche/r und disziplinarische/r Ansprechpartner/in.
Somit hast du einen direkten, positiven Einfluss auf Menschen, Prozesse und Ergebnisse in unserer Lagerlogistik.
Du genießt ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung und Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten des Tagesgeschäfts in unserer Lagerlogistik am Standort Rudow.

Dies sind deine Aufgaben: Dir obliegt sowohl die fachliche als auch die disziplinarische Führung aller Mitarbeitenden in deinem Team. Weiterhin überprüfst du An- und Abwesenheiten und die Gleitzeitkonten und Pausen in deinem Team. Diese Arbeitsergebnisse erwartet dein Team von dir: In den ersten drei Monaten erhältst du ein intensives on-the-job Training in deinen Aufgabenbereich. Ab dem vierten Monat übernimmst du die eigenverantwortliche Steuerung deines Teams und sorgst für einen hohen Service-Level bei optimalem Personaleinsatz. Dein Team zeigt eine hohe Zufriedenheit, die sich unter anderem in geringen Abwesenheiten und geringer Fluktuation messen lässt. Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Logistik.
Du bist sicher im Umgang mit betrieblicher (Logistik-) Software und Tabellenkalkulationsprogrammen.
Du hast Spaß an Veränderungen und Weiterentwicklung, sowohl persönlich als auch im Bereich von Logistikprozessen.
Du bist bereit zur Schichtarbeit.
Sprachkenntnisse in Polnisch sind ein zusätzliches Plus.
